Just a few things you need to know about your appointment-
•Please come to your appointment on time - no earlier or later as I need to ensure I have time to clean down between each client.
•Please come Alone to your appointments unless otherwise arranged with myself.
•Please come to your appointment completely makeup free if it’s for lashes and gel/Varnish free for nails (unless you have booked a nail soak off)
•When arriving for your appointments There will be a space for you to park directly on the drive - please park considerably so that my next client is able to park appropriately aswell.
•Please follow all Covid- 19 policies.
• CASH ONLY APPOINTMENTS - I DO NOT accept Card or Bank Transfer Payments at the moment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be Aware that A Non refundable booking fee must be paid to confirm your appointment.
This booking fee will be lost should you cancel at any point or not turn up for your appointments.
You can transfer your booking fee to another Date/Time if 48 hours notice is given, subject to availability.
If it’s a no show or same day cancellation the appointment cost will have to be paid upfront before booking any further appointments.
48 hours notice is respectfully required should you need to change your appointment as this gives us enough time to offer the appointment out to our cancellation list and ensures fair bookings as We have people waiting for appointments.
Please be aware that this policy overrides the website 7 day policy.
